Ron on dynamic between these two pieces of equipment

I need some input and or shared experience with a scenario.
The equipment is a Baxter 6200 IV pump and a Bovie 1250 ESU.
The dynamic between these two pieces of equipment goes as follows;
On the surgical table is a Gaymar heating pad, on top of that is a towel then dispersive plate and drape then last but not least patient with IV fluids.
When the customer uses the ESU the pump errors with an F-30 (Malfunction in A/D converter circuitry for air detection: A/D conversion did not complete in 50ms.)
So perplex at this both where plugged into different outlets on separate circuits and they are five feet apart , with pump running fluids in a cup on the floor and pencil active at the dispersive plate the pump will start the F-30 error when line set is moved within 6”. This was repeated multiple times with the same outcome.
Any thoughts, experience this before please post in!
As for Baxter and or Bovie; one no longer supports and two attempts’ at the other left me with no offer to help.

Hello All,

I’ve got a Pulse Oximiter Tester quandary… Have any of you seen or had any luck resolving accuracy issues between a Pronk OxSim OX-1 and Philips IntelliVue pulse oximiters utilizing Masimo technology? I’m demoing an OX-1 and the %SpO2 reads 2-3% low on the IntelliVue Monitors (utilizing an MMS Module).

When the Pronk OX-1 is set to:
“Auto” and 80bpm/ 85% SpO2 my monitors reads 80bpm/ 82% SpO2.
“Auto” and 140bpm/ 98% SpO2 my monitors reads 140bpm/ 96% SpO2.

I’ve also:
-Tested multiple monitors and MMS modules with the same results
-Tested a Nellcor sensor on our Welch Allyn VSM’s and the readings are dead-on
-Replaced the battery and the tester
-Tried all other modes besides “Auto”

After contacting Pronk, and they sent me another tester, but it does the same thing.

Honestly, I really have high hopes for this system, but I need the SPO2 to be accurate. Otherwise I’m stuck lugging around my Index-2 tester.

Thanks in advance! Jason

The clock backup battery on the processor board has been changed but the message still appears upon startup. I just wanted to see if anyone here knows some kind of a reset procedure once the battery has been changed so that this unit can be returned to service. Thanks in advance
